VIA EMAIL

Files up to 5Mb in size may be emailed to us directly here. Please compress your file before sending it to reduce size.

If it is a very large file or a folder of files, we recommend using WeTransfer. If you do not have a WeTransfer account, get a free account here.

VIA FTP

Files over 5Mb in size must be FTP’d directly to our server. In order to FTP your files to us, you will require the following:

• FTP login information – contact us to have us send you the required logins and passwords

• FTP software – if you don’t already have Filezilla FTP software, you can download a free version here
